The Good Neighbor

The Good Neighbor - A.J. Banner I thank the stars that I had gotten this book for free.

This was one of the worst written thriller/suspense style novels I have ever read. As soon as I saw it compared to "Gone Girl" I should have run in the other direction, but I didn't and now I have to invest in brain Brillo.

The prose was wooden, the descriptive passages had nothing to do with furthering the story the main character was unlikable, the events were implausible, the pacing was horrid and the editing stunk.

Then to top it off, you can figure out who and why dunnit by about the 5th chapter.

At least it only took a couple of hours to read as it was a very short novel.
